Rivals has South Carolina at 29

...with only 3 recruits rated 5.9 or higher. While Clemson (#13) has 9 recruits 5.9 or higher. I've personally found Rivals to be more reliable.

ESPN is by far the worst recruiting site. They invest the least amount of resources into it and it shows.

Well they use Paul Finebaum to give "expert" analysis on CFB , so they're hardly even trying to fool anyone.

They’re fun for fans to debate but all in all the folks compiling these rankings are basically just throwing several hundred names in a hat and pulling them out one by one.

Do you? Clemson's last 3+ recruiting classes have largely disappointed when comparing to the hit/miss ratio of our top 10 recruits per class for the last decade.

2013-2019 we were hitting on almost every blue-chip prospect on both sides of the ball
2020-present we have missed on a ton of blue-chip prospects, largely on the offensive side
