"I've played multiple sports and would bet any amount that I'm still more athletic than you at this present time...."

The ACC is a sinking ship, and everyone can see it

Clemson needs to get out while the getting’s good… It’s actually too late for that but I need to get out now anyway

Neff is too passive to do anything like that***

Reminds me of when the ACC was weak in football

back in 06 or so, and Clemson couldn't win it.

Brad Brownell = Tommy Bowden

Tommy beat FSU and would lose to Wake. Brown-L beats Duke..

The narrative that's being sold under this heading is wrong

The ACC wasn't weak, per se. In fact, to date, the ACC has only lost one NCAA game against seeding, and that was by a Coach (UVA) that readily admits that his style can be conducive to losing in a one-and-done format. Dean Smith had the same problem as it turns out.

What the ACC was was simply missing its two stalwart programs, Duke and UNC, at the National level. Everyone else generally played to form, and with Miami moving on, State losing, Clemson bubbling out, so it goes.

Had the SEC not had Alabama and Georgia over the last five years in football, everyone, ESPN included, would be talking about how "weak" the SEC was in Football. Take the two best programs out of any conference and that's what you get. It ain't hard.

So, no, the ACC wasn't "weak" per se.

Did Clemson play a "weak" ACC schedule because we didn't Home-and-Home with the teams at the top of the league? Sure? There can be no argument to this. We skipped 2nd games with Duke, Pitt, Miami, and Virginia. That's basically the top 4 of the League, and meanwhile, we were playing the patsies.

And this is why Judge Keller and the like need to ####. His self-absorption and pandering for Brownell, is neither seemly, nor accurate, and thus yields a fanbase that can readily be confused.

"Top 5 in ACC wins over the last 6 years". So what does that yield? Less NCAA invites than the vast majority of other comparative ACC schools.

Not. effing. good. So JK, ####.

Not just Duke/UNC......FSU, Notre Dame and Louisville.....

are 3 programs who have had quite a bit of sustained success.
All three were really off this year.
It's one thing if they were at .500....but they all really dropped down to basement mode.
I feel like everyone else was probably fairly normal.

But yeah, ACC has problems. As does Clemson hoops.

Is the Big 10 equally as weak?

I can’t imagine getting all of T-net posters to agree on anything.

Yes we all knew it during the season. How else do we get to 3rd?

Joking a little, a better season than usual, but tired of end of season results from Brad.
