to try and do what he did at Clemson? It was just a few years back. We'll see that again in a couple years when people figure out transfers are only good for a year then you have to go out and buy another one. Disposable players, who would have thought of that?

Brownell usually has a good many transfers on the BB team and still hasn't climbed far from the cellar. The same guy who defends him religiously also thinks Dabo's problem is that he doesn't use the portal enough. Right now, I think Dabo's problem transferred out. Imo, Dabo used the transfer portal with positive results we'll see next Friday night.

Brownell used transfers before the portal out of desperation because we were failing on the recruiting trail. He struck gold with Reed and Thomas. Since the portal became a thing we haven’t been all that successful. Remember, Galloway recruited himself this year. Last year we lost more than we gained.

If anything Brad has embraced the build it from within approach from Dabo. Our recruiting has improved dramatically the last couple of years.

We use transfers in every sport. Nothing wrong with a transfer. Lots of programs have been successful using transfers. The problem is with nil and tampering.

Yep. The problem isn’t usually the players. It is usually the “adults” involved.

Yep, getting guys like Peter Woods will make them do that. That stated, they will be faking it. Dabo is the real deal imo.
