are contacting recruits in the transfer portal while also coaching a team in the NCAA Tournament.
These guys work really hard to improve our program and make it better.

Meh...
Danny Ford called top QB recruit Michael Carr at halftime of the 1988 Citrus Bowl against Penn St and asked him what play to run to start the second half. Carr said pass to the TE and that's what we ran.
Unless CBB called a recuit during one of our TOs and ask what play to run, I am not impressed.

elite for a few years. Nothing at all. Unless you’re talking about signing an elite QB to replace the mediocre play we’ve seen for 3 seasons.
Stop your petty and ignorant football takes. I’m sure you’re a giddy and feel “right” about Brad when it’s an experienced and deep roster that’s working for him. The roster will be severely depleted next year. Let another 14 year rebuild start following this perfect storm.

I actually agree with the Judge, the right combination in basketball you need both HS recruits and transfers.
In football probably want more HS recruits.
