A lot of that might be because Oats makes more than Coach Brownell in base salary.

Yeah and Oats makes $1.5 million a year more than Brownell. Brownell earned his bonuses this year and still can't get close to Oats salary plus bonuses.

Brownell's base salary was $2.75 million this year and Oats' base salary was over $4.5 million.
