Collins has both, and cannot catch the ball or get open with regularity. Since we poached Higgins and Rogers from the State of Tennessee, we have missed badly on almost every single WR recruit, i could list about ten names here of guys who transferred or are sitting on scholarships not contributing. Tennessee and UNC seeing a uptick in recruiting kind of hurts us as well. i think having Jeff Scott involved in the program will help, he rarely missed on his guys when he was our WR coach and recruiting coordinator.

Jeff Scott was good for the Clemson program but not anywhere near the rarely missed category.
