But Final 4 ???? Yikes.
I’ll pick Final 4.
If you said win the ACC or get to the Sweet 16 ….. I’d say ACC.
UGHHHHHH ….. Elite 8 ???? Man - that’s the tough one. Lots of Clemson exposure, great for recruiting …… man ….. not sure.

Clemson men's basketball team winning the ACC tournament on Tobacco Rd would be the greatest accomplishment in the history of Clemson sports. Period. End of Story.

Final Four. That brings so much more exposure to the school than the ACC tournament. It would be huge for Clemson recruiting. Yeah, winning the ACC title would be nice for the bucket list, but going that deep in the tournament would create a ton of hype and drive players to us that could hopefully bring a title in the future as well as future tournament appearances.

Just winning an NCAA tournament game would be big for Brad & crew, the ACC tournament would stop the Clemson has never won the ACC tournament. It would be sweet for those of us living in Nc after all the years of watching a NC or Virginia team win it.
It would be tough for the ACC to face Clemson owning Basketball & Football for a year!

That is a great question. I would be ecstatic for either outcome. I know I'm not suppose to care what others think but I would prefer a final 4 appearance in part for national prestige. If win the ACC and then lose everyone will jut say the ACC sucks and Clemson was average. If we go to the final 4 then the ACC was underrated and Clemson was actually a great team.
I would rather win the ACC then make it to the elite 8.

Final 4 for sure. Now winning the ACC tourney and losing early in NCAA wouldn't be the worse thing in the world though.

Brad figures out recruiting and uses this to his advantage during a downtime for the ACC. We go on a string of ACCT titles and a shoo-in for multiple, consecutive NCAATs. Brad and Dabo are hooping it up together like a couple of bros in Dabo's gym. We're all eating crow and JK can quit his b!tching about bball bc 13th yr is a charm.

For me personally it would be winning the ACCT. You would have to win 3 games in 3 days versus 4 games spread out over two weeks. I would really love to know how our coach would answer that question though. Any guesses?

Never having won it as a charter member of the conference is a huge, embarrassing obstacle that we simply must overcome before anybody will ever take Clemson seriously as a basketball program.
I’ve seen the Elite 8, and several Sweet 16s.
What I’ve never seen is a headline saying Clemson finally wins the ACC championship.

The ACC tournament is not the holy grail it once was, but I still would prefer that, slightly, over the Final Four. It's a championship, and it's one that Clemson has never won.
