Or care what sport. And there have been plenty of times it’s been more of a storming than a gathering and we’ve had instances of the fans running on with time still left. Including as I recall just this past season.

Look, it doesn't matter what we call it. The world has changed and allowing fans (ours and the opponents) unrestricted access to our student athletes is dumb. I would be willing to bet tbat all of our coaches agree with this. They will not say it publicly due to backlash, but common sense will prevail here. This is all about to stop. You can blast me, but I truly believe this is common sense. Some really don't have that so there's that.

They Probably didn’t realize that a 7 foot one 270 pound athlete needed to be protected From being run over by a 140 pound guy in overalls
