This is why I'd rather just take a week and go to the Bahamas.

I think everyone should be able to choose their family.

walk by myself. Somewhere peaceful and quiet.

I find a nice spot with a pleasant view - a lake or a mountain or even just a simple tree.

I sit down and get comfortable. And I just breathe. Not exactly like meditation, but just relaxing in, out, in, out. I think about the things I treasure in life. Fond memories. Good times. A shared smile.

And if no one has walked by me by then, I rub out a quick one and go back to the car.
