Wendy's new frys- verdict?

We tried them a few weeks ago. Still soggy and too salty. We were not impressed. I thought I'd ask the experts here though

Wendy's fries are consistently above average, which is better than most fast food restaurants. I'd say they are as good as any restaurant that doesn't cut the potato fresh in-house. McDonalds might be better if you like that shoestring style.

but, it’s sooooo good. I think they are better than they used to be. McDonald’s is still the king though the genetic mutations they cause should give us pause.

I give Wendy’s fries a B-. Fries at Five Guys an A. The fries at Holmes hot dogs in Sparkleburg an A. The hot dogs at Holmes an A++.

Personally, I don't eat fast to much, and it's bc of the things that's been on TV with the nasty things that they've been caught doing with the food, but, if I really get hungry while If I've been out for a while, I will get an order of fries, and I prefer McDonald’s fries over all others. Also, I wouldn't dare order anything from a drive through window. I'll go in and order where I can see what's happening with the fries before it gets to me, and most of the fry cookers are in plain sight if you're inside!!!

puts way too much salt on fries, or any at all. That's what a shaker or those little salt packets or for! It is a helluva lot easier to add salt if you are a salt lover, than to take it off!
