Some updated bowl projections now that we're seven full weeks of football in:


ESPN

Duke's Mayo Bowl (Dec. 27)
Bank of America Stadium (Charlotte, North Carolina)
5:30 p.m., ESPN and the ESPN App
Kyle Bonagura: Clemson vs. Kentucky
Mark Schlabach: Clemson vs. Florida

Projected matchup: Oregon State vs. Clemson

If Clemson fails to play in a New Year's Six game, that marks only the second time in the last nine years the Tigers appear in one of the ACC's mid-tier tie-ins. I'd honestly love to play against Florida because we haven't played against them since when? The early 60's? It's likely to not happen though because I see Florida losing a lot of games here soon.

Wouldn't mind getting revenge against LSU either.

Kentucky would also be interesting since they were Dabo's first bowl win in the Music City Bowl in 2009.

I hope we fall no further than the Gator Bowl on Jan.1. Reliaquest and Sun Bowl on 12/29 would not be too bad I guess.

LSU is coming to Clemson year after next. They will get that chance then.

Actually LSU last (Sugar Bowl) avenged their previous loss to Clemson in the Peach in 2013.
