And, I personally pray for all the familes, including my own, who are being affected by the scourge of dementia or Alzheimers disease. It is so heartbreaking to interact with loved ones who were once so mentally sharp, and now, they have lost the essence that made them who they are. All we can do is continue to support them in any way we can, and love them up as best they will let us. And, in ALL cases, remember, if harsh words are coming your way from one of them, hide the hurt, and remember that it is not them talking, it is the disease.

If ever a pair of related diseases was reaching epidemic proportions, it appears to me that these two are. I pray for increased research for a cure, and increased research by Big Pharma to produce new drugs that may at least slow down the progression.

I pray for our world at large. Right now, it seems we are walking around inside a tinderbox, carrying lit torches. Things could explode at any point, at any time. I pray for calm heads to prevail. I am not yet ready for the End Times, but, no one will be. And, contrary to what some think, no one will accurately predict when they are coming, either. All any of us can do is throw ourselves on God's mercy. That same God who we have done our best to legislate out of our daily lives, and the lives of our children. I seek that mercy in the name of his most beloved son, and my savior, Jesus Christ.
Amen.

I have a love one now who has MCI (Mild Cognitive ?) whose Mother died of Dementia, as did mine.

And YES, our politicians and political parties (and they ARE simply Parties living off us WE THE PEOPLE and calling themselves Elites) have done their best to delete religion and GOD so they can then be our caretakers.

100 percent'ers concern me because they are about pleasing everyone, all the time; nevertheless nice post, relevant, timely. I just had a family member diagnosed, it's a real shock, almost like a death sentence. And another neighbor, about 54 years old, recently, and they had to move to single level home. And you have a guy like Geoff hart of channel 4 all those years. Those of us still with our minds can be very grateful. Also, I wonder if you've heard about that new David Jeremiah book on the end times. Saw it in Barnes and Noble the other day. Not that I subscribe to everything of his, but he's quite the scholar, and he's got that whole book on the end times. I might get it when the price is down.

Thank you. That is a beautiful, powerful and hope filled prayer.
I’m going to read it again out loud.
Lost my mom to Alzheimer’s. Saddest disease I’ve ever experienced. Made my dad’s cancer seem kind. 😢
🤗 to you!
