I sit here and watch video after video and it breaks my heart k owing the sheer hell those people went through and are still going through. Yet we feel compelled to fund and fuel wars in foreign places. Let’s put our resources on Americans first! Screw the rest of the world. Let them take care of their neck of the woods!

He is the Creator but free will and free choice in a sinful world by people with a sinful nature has consequences made of our own doing. It is why we are in need of a Savior because we are incapable of being good enough left to our own devices.
Put another way, Smith and Wesson made the gun but it is not their responsibility how it is used.

I can understand that when it comes to things that are a result of human behavior.
Natural disasters which is what I believe the OP was referring to have nothing to do with human beings but are a direct result of god's creation if he is in fact real.

God created nature but sin brought into the world by Adam and Eve can cause evil consequences even in nature just as in humans. Satan uses it all to accomplish his reign and purpose on earth until Jesus returns and takes his authority away.

I had a great week with my kids and watching them learn and play music, just had a wonderful dinner with my family last night. Great conversations this morning. The birds are singing, and the sun is beautiful.

My wife is going through something similar with work. We may not understand in the moment but we know there is a plan and purpose for it that includes prospering and not harming if we cling to our faith and not our circumstances.

But if you are talking about just world news or events in general I would suggest taking a step back from all the things that are designed to induce rage these days. Yes bad things happen in the world, but that has always been the case. It’s only now that we access too see all of it at any moment of the day

as before we had no idea what these evil minions were and are doing to our world. I would rather know and take action to rectify the situation than wake up one day to complete slavery. Rest assured there are those of us who ARE rectifying this anomaly of humanity and things will be set right moving forward.
