I'll say it like this, any strength and conditioning coach knows a lot about the sport of the athletes they are working with through their summer training.

And I'll step out on the limb and say that they are being instructed by the HC and position coaches of whatever sport they are working with, and the coaches will advise them of the weaknesses they have seen that maybe restricting their ability to progress. And I'm sure that the FB coaches expect the strength and condition coaches to have their players in shape and prepared for Fall camp.

I would even bet they are in contact with the coaches at least once a week with a complete progress report on every player they are working with, and what they believe may help a player to make that next step forward, but nothing happens with a player without the HC's approval....

If y'all posted crap like this about football, you would get banned from TNet for life. But it's basketball. You've average rube Clemson fan only cares about football and spring football. Rip the other sports.

How many times were you banned when you trashed Bowden for years - a far superior coach to Brad Brownell?

Moorehead St . . . .

Brad Brownell: Only Larry freaking Shyatt has a WORSE overall winning percentage among Clemson basketball coaches since 1975. Let that sink in. It's Larry Shyatt & then Brad Brownell.

With a modicum of luck, we won't see the Eagles until the later rounds of the NIT. It was a bad draw for us last year to get them in the first round.

I'm sure that I'm not the only one that ask themselves about the $money$ disparity the ACC has when comparing with what some of the other conferences is being paid through their TV rights deals. Where is the money coming from that we have to pay to bring in top coaches and others like this basketball strength and conditioning coach if they are as good as they're being advertised as being. Surely they are asking top dollar for what their position is being paid with equal experience and/or talent level for superior results. I mean how are we maintaining at the same level as the conferences being paid more than double of what Clemson is being paid through TV rights deals. How is our athletic bank account withstanding the prices that the other side with much bigger pay outs are driving upwards?

We've spent, percentage wise, more money on basketball in the last decade than any sport at Clemson.. EVER. And look what it's produced. And fixing to spend 40 mil on a stupid bball ops center just to pacify clownell. What a con job he's doing. Results we could have gotten without spending a dime.

As posted above, Morehead is on notice.

Gymnastics is the reason the center is being built

Three teams, one facility. That's the bottom line.

So explain to us how an operations building with no workout/practice facilities alleviates that. It’s still three teams, one facility and Brad over in his gilded palace.
