My guess is they don’t want to do anything right now with the 2 promising WR committed. Assume Grisham had something to do with their recruitment maybe? Can’t really say the same for OL and DE I don’t think.

Dabo has outlined it in the past.
You can sign a kid in December. He can enroll in January and go through Spring practice. Then he can enter the portal in April.
If the WRs are coming to Clemson because of Grisham, they can still leave in April.

Keep in mind Grisham is also our Recruiting Coordinator.
I've never understood that.
But I do believe honest/open changes sooner than later are best for the program and our Athletes.

You can get away with a lesser coach at WR if you recruit well enough. You need a better coach to develop guys in the trenches.

I’ll tell y’all why Grisham is going to stay. He stays because Dabo knows exactly why the WR position isn’t what it used to be and that’s TALENT. WR position is probably the easiest position to coach. It just requires talent. And since recruiting isn’t all on Grisham he probably isn’t blaming him for the poor acquisitions. Dabo has got to figure out how to attract those elite players again. Got a couple decent ones coming in but need to be more consistent.

Not going to get high end WR talent without a high end QB. We’ve been blessed by the guys that Deshaun and Trevor attracted. They set a high bar that’s going to be tough to reach every year.

They’re 1.5%ers because they wouldn’t shut the #### up about the obvious and actually think they have any influence whatsoever over Dabo’s decision making. If he gave a #### what anyone thought, Grisham would have been the first out the door.

that's moving the goalposts. By and large, the overarching narrative on this has **not** been "you're right, but please be quiet about the obvious," but instead has been "quit acting like you know enough to criticize his hiring decisions." The fact is, they were right on the substance.

Grisham might just be through the bowl. With signing day coming up and him being the recruiting coordinator, this might not be a good time. I'm sure they've had discussions though.

My thoughts regarding Grisham is just that Swinney might be waiting until the guy he wants is available, which could be after bowl season depending on who he might want.
Otherwise, I’d assume Streeter is getting the benefit of the doubt for one more year with Wesco & Moore,

Coach Hall did a great job, down year. But keep in mind nothing indicates he was 'let go'. He may have an opening elsewhere and both parties are being professional in their mouth speak.

Yes by all means get an offensive line coach, preferably one with NFL experience, or at least proven in college football ranks. Enough with the ex-player experiments. It is NOT working.

I'm actually surprised about Lemenski Hall leaving. He did well with our D-line, though there's no question that Austin was on the hot seat. Though I guess with Hall, he did have X, Henry, and all these other studs and we simply didn't have the dominating sacks we had in the past, but it is what it is. Either way, let's get some hungry linemen on both sides of the ball to coach and to play.
As for Tyler, I doubt Dabo wants to see him leave just yet with him being a huge part of our recruitment and we NEED Westco coming in. Anything that leaves doubt there has got to be taken with caution. But no doubt Grisham's seat is hot for next season.
Let's get the big hires! Anyone call Dino yet?
