Granted I don't understand this new style of football but I am ASTONISHED that the O-line graded so well if you consider pass pro and run game. Because our run game was a big ZILCH most of the game.

Seems like one man misses his block on every running play. The other 4 grade out well. That is how the grades come out so high. It only takes one miss and the play is blown up. A more accurate reading would be to include them all as a group on every grade.

The PFF grades pretty much confirmed what I think we all saw.

The run blocking and running game could have been better. Defense started shaky but they really settled in nicely.

Parker might be my favorite player, man that guy is good!

If you can, how did Thomas grade for the game and would love to know how he’s graded season to date? Really hoping he can start to work his way back into the draft.

PFF hasn't been a huge fan of his so far. He got some pretty big knocks for tackling against Duke and Syracuse, so his tackling grade average is at 35.9.

They have him at 59.6 overall for Syracuse, 64.9 for FSU, 54.6 for FAU, 76.9 for CSO and 66.7 for Duke.

The three hurries Saturday were his most since the Duke game (6).

Thanks so much. Not great but not out of contention. No idea how fast he’s running a 40 these days - the NFL falls
in love with combine stats. Byron Young got in the money with a 60-something PFF grade and he took an even longer road to the NFL. Hopefully XT really starts to show out from here.
