Not sure about that Wake/NCState prediction. I seem to recall that 3rd string qb (MJ Morris) for State looking awfully good a couple of weeks ago in their comeback win.

Well if Pitt does defeat the Orange and Wake knocks off the puppies, both will probably be out of the top 25. In other words, get ready for some more ACC strength of schedule bashing.

Good write up prophet. The story about the gamecocks changing their name reminds me about the old Coach Frank Howard joke about changing their names to "possums" . I know every Clemson fan has heard it a gazillion times but it still makes me laugh so here it goes.
Coach Howard in an interview says. " I heard that the SC board of trustees met and decided to change the names of their mascot from the SC gamecocks to the SC possums,. " " WHY IS THAT COACH?" " Well, they thought that "possums" would be a little more characteristic of their team." " REALLY COACH, HOW?" " Because like a possum, they play like they are dead when they are home. And then they go out and get killed on the road"
