Wait, Grisham helps w 3rd downs and we’ve been really good on 3rd down? I thought he was awful and only had a job bc Dabo only hires former players w no real coaching experience or skills… interesting.

I must have missed when people were shhitting on the Grisham hire. Dude was smart when he played. Usually the guys with little talent and put forth great effort and have success are great coaches.
