Coach Smzlpz or whatever. He embarrassed his school and his players last night. If I was the Pres or AD of VT I would inform him another disgraceful outburst with his choice of language would get him an immediate firing. Get your stuff out by sunrise or it would be done for him. OK, I understand he was trying to get tossed, but there are more classy ways of achieving his goal. Sad day for VT.

All I'll say is that a team is a reflection of their coach and the ejection and last play says - toxic.

The Coach laid the foundation for the remainder of the game with his trashy mouth. You don’t have to be a good lip reader to see the foul language he used before he was ejected. Maybe he learned something! We will see. Unbelievable comeback in the bottom of the ninth. Our Tigers hung on however.

Even during the interview with him between innings early in the game when they were playing well he came off as curt, as if he couldn’t be bothered.

Guy can’t hide his emotions. Every pitch he’s shaking his head in disgust. You think the players don’t see your negative as* over in the dugout lost in your emotions mid game? Guy needs to control himself.

I expect today's game to be a bit testy. The VT players and coaches will be playing payback. Bakich needs to tell his players to ignore comments and gestures from VT.

I’m not worried a bit. We’re playing better than anyone other than Wake Forest in the country. And that’s not an exaggeration.
Also, it won’t get worse than the Friday game where they had 4 turds behind the plate talking trash to our team in front of everyone. Ended up 15-4.

This series and next series will be the same. When VT and UNC played it was a terrible series. Both teams constantly got into it. The VT coach actually charged the unc catcher after he got into it with a batter after a homerun. Then the unc coach went crazy. I see earlier in the week the same unc coach went after a liberty player after he struck out a hitter and let him know about it.

That’s the only bad part. Zero problem with him getting tossed. I’ve seen many posts about their fans and the announcers as well. Fans are fans. Our fans would’ve been mad too knowing it was the right call. It was a frustrating moment after an unbelievable comeback vs the hottest team in the ACC. They’re in the bubble as well. They’re fighting for their life every game at this point. If they’re coaches would’ve just laid down at the end there then I would question how much they care about winning. The announcers said multiple times as well that it was the right call. They just seemed dejected like any announcer should when a game ends like that

He should have been tossed much earlier during his tirades. You don't argue balls and strikes and as soon as he started he should have been ejected. Of course, that probably would have made him all that much madder, but who cares. Seems like a total sour puss ..... even on a good day.

I was glad to see him tossed so we wouldn't have to see and hear his foul mouth, watch him pick his nose constantly and bite his fingernails. The dude obviously has issues!
