and apparently he's leading the drive to get large guys in there to pave the road.
*shrugs*

Our O-line has been an issue on short yardage for a loooooong while. I'm not convinced that we've given him long enough to really judge.
He may get caught up in the 'People are just tired of the Dabo friends and family windfall' phenomenon, but I think you have to give a coach at that position more than 1 year to recruit/develop.

Sorry. He was elevated to that position in February 2022. Going through huis second year now

The potential of losing recruits might give me pause in firing Grisham. I think having a quality coach at OL is far more important.

- LB (wasting talent that will eventually stop coming here)
- Conn (S isn’t that bad this year; but he’s not developing anybody and clearly not there based on his resume)
