I use cholula on breakfast items and texas Pete on everything else. Not sure how I started this.
I did just purchase a hot sauce from lidl and it's pretty good.

I don't know if it's the specific peppers or what. I think it goes well on certain things (oysters, for example), but it's not as versatile as Texas Pete, imho.
Agree with others in this thread about Louisiana and for the same reasons. It goes on anything and is a little hotter/sweeter than Texas Pete so is probably my go-to.
For wings, it's Frank's Red Hot.
