The teach seems way out of bounds, but I had to laugh thinking back to one of my HS teachers who asked me if I was a simpleton because I was talking to another classmate who was much more interesting in her cheerleading skirt.
I replied,” I’M not a simpleton and looked directly at him.”
He then sent me to the principal’s office. The vice principal laughed when I told him what had transpired and said get out of here.
The kids may suck? but this teacher calling kids retards lost the high ground if he ever held it.

Public schools need a GTFO policy for kids that can’t behave. Can’t shut up during class…GTFO, go to the office. Happens again…GTFO, 3 day suspension. Happens again…a week. Again? Outta school. Get sent to juve or one of those problem child schools. Make the parents/guardians deal with their little a-holes.

Totally agree but the teacher calling them trash Americans and retards was dumb on his part.
Totally can understand why so many teachers are frustrated and quitting because there are usually no or minimal consequences for overt disrespect and outbursts from students.
