Maybe he's just not OC material. I'm not willing to concede that he's not a good QB coach.

He is the primary reason the offense is broke…..along with Dabo’s DJ denial issues…..they will have s hard time fixing it when they are both in total denial there is even a problem!

I heard or read that Dabo changes at least a third of the play calls and I sure hope that is not the case. He needs to stay out of the play calling business as it hurts continuity of the offense. How can we blame the unimaginative plays solely on Streeter if he is over-ruled 30% of the time? Can anyone confirm this or refute?

I do know that in 2010, when our offense looked about the same, Terry Don had to sit with Dabo. He made him fire a promising young recruiter, that now leads a major program, and make an outside hire at OC. Told him that his new hire had to have full control of the offense. We never really knew if Napier was the problem or not. However, Dabo just being out of the offense put the offense out of shadow, which allowed it to blossom.
If we have any shot of getting back to where we were just a few short years ago, Neff is going to have to do the same.
