The talent separation between these two teams is now very obvious. The Tigers used to lose close games due to some late miscue. Now they control the game almost from start to finish like FSU has typically done. These loses weren’t for lack of effort or will to win, rather Duke is just more talented across the roster and plays smart softball.

We'll never ever know for sure but there is something going on in that clubhouse that ain't good at all because how in the heck does a team that had 3 40+ win seasons the last 3 seasons with 2 of them being Super Regional seasons,how do they go from looking like that to absolutely looking mediocre and average looking.I know there was some talent lost off last seasons team but that is no excuse what so ever with what they had coming back this season.Sure hope it get's turned around real real soon or this will not look good going into next season with as much that will be gone off the roster.
