Is the rumor true that if Dabo were to go to Alabama, they would have to pay 90 million to get him out of current contract?

They have to pay an extra $2 million per year left on his contract, along with the buyout. That is only if he goes to Alabama.

No, it’s not true at all. Swinney’s current buyout if he chooses to leave is $5M.

If he leaves to coach at Bama, there is a 50% premium on the buyout - $2.5M extra for a total of $7.5M.
