On I95 on the way down south yesterday and there was a wreck, so we diverted though Ridgeland and saw that quaint little downtown. Looked like it might be cool. Any potential with that town?

I got a ticket in the mail from that ticketing mobile home on the road maybe 10 years ago. You just get in the mail. So pissed when I get it.

Born and raised, spent 47 years of my life there, relatives still there. Lots of potential, but almost exclusively a bedroom community for (originally) Hilton Head and Savannah, now Beaufort-Hardeeville.
Hunted every place we could - now most of it is leased out. Some rich folks built a golf course in Gillosonville and expanded the airport - lots of potential.
