6 or 7 hours afterwards she was on the ground and I had to call 911 for an ambulance. If I wasn't there... The next day in the hospital a cardiologist came into the room and almost did open heart surgery. She was out of the hospital in 3 days and is doing better. Meds have dropped back to just one left, but she still sees the cardiologist.

Thank God your wife survived that. I know you e mentioned her before and I hope she continues to make a full recovery. I had 2 friends not so fortunate. Both died from the vaccine. I also know several people who have had difficult side effects from the vaccine. This is usually where people start calling me a liar but I just don’t care. You see deaths from the vaccine and it’s not possible to shut up an go away. By the way, I talked to a girl who is a tech doing echocardiograms. I asked her if she’s doing many echos for post Covid patients? She said “ no but I’m doing some post vaccine”.

My son had to have an EKG after a pretty bad case of COVID...and he was 19 and a D1 o-lineman at the time and had the constitution of a horse. Several players on his team did...especially after another player in Pennsylvania died of heart-related complications, which is why so many sports teams around that time frame were leery of starting their seasons like it was just business as usual.
And yes, COVID can wreck your heart. We've known that for awhile now.

3 or 4 of them I knew very well (worked with them, partied with them, played golf with them, went to their weddings, etc). The others ranged from customers who I saw on a regular basis to people I knew through work or through other friends but had not seen in a while or saw more infrequently.
I don't know a single soul who died from the vaccine.

Meanwhile, I am going to send a link to this thread to all of my doctors, in case they aren't aware of the dangers of the vaccine.

I think that’s a good idea. Tell them I attended 2 funerals. They will tell you I’m lying.

No problem. Everyone should make their own decision. As long as the doctor is not a natural immunity denier I have no issue with him.

I’m not. But I did work 9 years as a critical care nurse. I am absolutely not saying that makes me more knowledgeable than the doctors!! But it does give me enough of a background to understand basic immunology and make reasonable decisions for my own health care. I also understand the very purpose of a vaccine is to try to mimic what the human body has or would have acquired through natural immunity. I don’t fault anyone for taking the vaccines ,wearing a mask for 50 years , or whatever they want to do. I do believe people deserve to know there are some risks associated with the vaccines. That should be fair in my opinion.

took me about 15 secs on google and pubmed to find that.
good reason in medicine that standard of care isn't swayed by just one study.

For good reason. Like we always say and are taught when analyzing data, anecdotal experience is the highest level of evidence quality you can get. And, as you are wont to point out, the 99.9% of doctors that recommended COVID vaccines simply didn’t pay attention in immunology lectures.

that is just a stupid statement
when you are talking about something that happens in such a small %, although a significant possible morbidity, no you can't just rely on your own anecdotal experience. One practitioner is no way exposed to a large enough sample size. That is why evidence based medicine has been found to be best standard

Let me explain something to both of you docs. I understand my small world is only a very small sample. I understand why you want to go with the statistics in your practices. But having attended 2 funerals where the deaths were absolutely caused by the vaccines , you’ll have to forgive me for making my personal decisions based on what I’ve experienced. Now I’m sure you’re probably going to say there’s no way to put the deaths on the vaccines. Yes, there is. Bury your heads in the sand and dismiss my anecdotal evidence. I honestly don’t blame you. Surely you can see my side too.

Yeah and I really don’t understand it. Our doctor tried pushing the vaccine on us in spite of the fact that we’ve had Covid. We would say “I’ve had Covid, not interested “. That was early on. 2 weeks ago my wife went in for a routine check up. He asked if she had taken the vaccine. She said no I had Covid”. He said “yeah you do t need it. You have natural immunity”. I’m glad he came around but why did it take him 2 years? Can’t explain it.

There are some simple truths. Having COVID is potentially far more serious than side effects from the vaccine. The death rate from COVID is astronomically higher than any deaths from the vaccine.
The vaccine’s chief utility is lessening the risk of death or severe illness should one subsequently get COVID.
Both of my near 90 year old parents recently developed COVID. My mom was hospitalized but recovered and was released in 4-5 days.
Had they not received the vaccine, I suspect things would have turned out differently.
Additionally, if a Cardiologist proposes to do open heart surgery, I would say thanks, but I’d prefer a CV surgeon. It just works better that way.

who know me, my history, and my current condidtion; doctors who have literally saved my life and are responsible for me being here and living a full, happy life today. If I have any questions or concerns about things like vaccines, they always provide complete, satisfactory answers.
I certainly do not make medical decisions based on random things I read on political websites or Tigernet, or anywhere on the internet, without consulting my doctors, and I always give their opinions more weight that what I read on the internet.
