I was going to say Buick Rendezvous which is same as the Pontiac Aztek but they uglied it up more with that grill on Pontiac.
AMC Pacer/Gremlin, VW 181 Thing, Yugo, the Daewoo that was in US for few yrs, Nissan Leaf/Cube, original Prius, and I always hated the PT Cruisers.
The Tesla Cybertruck looks dumb.

I have to shake my head a little. Two of those are kinda iconic and legendary. Shop around for an original greased gremlin. The VW Thing is one of the coolest cars ever made! Price one of those as well. People don’t pay big $ for ugly. Well, that’s not entirely true.

PACER was ugly. The Aztec was ugly too, as was a certain Suzuki.
The Vega was not well built, but it looked fine. In fact, it was a bit sporty with the racing stripe. The Pinto was bland, but I would not call it ugly.

I saw some Vega GT’s that were pretty sharp. I saw a Vega wagon with a 427ci big block and blower that was putting about 1200hp on the ground. That was really cool.

In the same luxury SUV/Crossover category, I find the BMW X6 hideous. I may be partially influenced by an automotive journalist who said the X6 closely resembles a whale turd when it was first introduced many years ago. Now whenever I see one and that roofline, I think whale turd.

It's interesting that there's a consensus around the Gremlin and Pacer.
Both made by AMC. But they weren't all ugly
In fact I love the old Javelin.
The AMX is also a looker.
All K cars make the list. That's the line of cars created by Lee Iacocca to rescue Chrysler from bankruptcy.
There are a lot than can qualify for this list.
All of the Edsel's were ugly too. You would have thought Ford did it intentionally they were so bad

The pacer, gremlin, Vega, pinto...weren't do very ugly, especially at the time they were built. I never understood why Edsel has been so thoroughly bashed, but I'm clearly odd man out on that.
For my part the Aztec was ugly on day 1 and hasn't aged well at all. It is my top pick, but there was this car I used to see some in my youth. It was a Dodge, abe a Plymouth, I think...a standard 3 box design usually found in either an unpleasant anaconda green or a muddy brown. I can't recall the model but it wreaked of ugly. They were so ugly I assumed everyone I saw probably carried with it some foul odor that was cross between dirty socks, collard greens cooking and mildew.

Sister drove a Gremlin. In-laws had a Pacer and a PT Cruiser. The PT Cruiser was more comical to me than ugly. They (the Pacer and PT) we're just gimicky vehicles.

The Pinto was a very basic little car but it wasn't ugly unless you made poor color choices. Plus, my most expensive repair in 8 years was around $110.

Had a '74 Pinto wagon. Was a decent runabout. Wouldn't have touched the sedan. One morning driving to work with my wife, was rear ended at a light by a guy driving a small Datsen sedan. Caved in his grille and radiator. Pinto only had a couple minor scratches on the bumper.
