I hope CJ has a great year. The change of venue might do him a world of good and the absence of pressure cannot hurt.

Clemson recruited DJU. His opening game as a starter vs ND at ND was sensational. Dabo Swinney, a sure fire Collegiate Hall of Fame coach, thought for much of last year, a year we won 11 games and a conference title, that DJU gave Clemson the best chance of winning games.

Yaknow I saw all the games DJU played for Clemson. I can cite chapter and verse on the mistakes and poor play that everyone, including DJU, recognized. I also noted that for 3 years he was a team player and one that literally no players on the team ever deserted. DJU was one of them.

And he was and is one of us. DJ Uiagalelei is a Clemson man, a Clemson graduate, and he went 22-6 as our QB.

I know what what we all saw. Did you ever hear the old saw, "If you can't say anything good, don't say anything at all?"

I hope DJ has a great year for Oregon State. I hope the best for him on and off the field. He is, after all one of us.
