On The Road Again

After more than 60 years in North Carolina Cynthia and I are moving to the Big Apple. We stopped in Delaware for Thanksgiving with one of our sons and will go on to Brooklyn after the weekend, Our Daughter, who Is an Attorney, found a retirement community that is a five minute walk from her office and 20 minutes from her home. It is a fabulous facility. Our daughter is our Power of Attorney, so we are turning everything over to her to manage. No more paying bills,etc for me! I’m going to be a man of leisure.
This move has been a down right pleasure. Our daughter and three sons and their spouses have done everything while we sat there and observed. Thankful for such a caring family, for my Tiger friends,my NC friends, and our Brooklyn friends who we made during forty years of visiting our daughter and her family.
Our son-in-law is aTiger so we will be following all our Tiger teams together. We are a blessed couple who have been together and loved each other for almost 67 wonderful years. By the way, we were driving to Delaware during the UNC game. I listened on my phone and we arrived in time to see the score just before half time and the rest of the game. GO TIGERS

I was thinking the same thing...being in or even close to a big city during these turbulent times, especially over the next year is a huge risk . I mean, unless you are into drugs, homeless encampments, illegal immigrants , legalized criminal behavior etc

Turned on the TV for a few minutes this afternoon to watch the Thanksgiving parade in New York but all I saw were pro Hamas agitators lining the streets getting arrested for violence . Trust me, I am no supporter of fox news but even they couldn't spin something that I watched with my own two eyes
If you can't see what is happening in blue cities across America then maybe you should tune into something other than CNN and msnbc

Wow..never remember hearing a story like this from a Clemson fan/man but strange & maybe wonderful too how things change in one’s life..
but age, health, children, family, friends and years are not negotiable and for a reason we aren’t wise enough to understand.
Saying, a change in your last years will be good for the brain, senses, new relationships..
and Clemson will still exist in your bones, veins, heart & mind no matter the location.
