Thomas and his wife are such a help to our community. Margaret does good bit Bible teaching, snd they are raising four kids who stand above the crowd just like their parents. This is a tough business. Let’s not forget how well they “bloomed where they were planted.” Pray God puts them exactly where He knows they will continue to change people’s lives.

I don't think it is out of hand to point out that the guy was making big money - my empathy is like a faucet, I open it up to the extent warranted by the situation - in this case, just a little.

Awesome family and couple. Margaret is a serious leader and incredible person. My wife loves her. Love those kids so much!! Weeping and praying for them today. This is a hard profession but God is good.

Does anyone think a change didn’t need to be made? All you had to do is look at the blocking technique on the O-line. You can’t block when you stand straight up out of your stance. It ain’t gonna happen. Our guys got whipped on a regular basis.
Unfortunately, Thomas Austin was not a good choice to begin with. This wasn’t like the Nick Eason hire. Austin did not bring the pedigree that Eason brought with him.
Believing a change had to be made doesn’t mean you don’t feel for the family. Unfortunately, as Dabo said, he has a responsibility to make changes that are in the best interest of the Clemson football program.
