????? Defense always starts off ahead of offense in all levels of football. Offense requires more timing and feel between the players.

Yea but was Pearman going against our 1st team D or 2/3 string? That is definitely a factor.

Sounds like we have zero idea of how it went bc they tell us what they want us to hear and what they want the team to hear. If you go back and look at what the coaches say every single year after the scrimmages, it's exactly the same. The defense wins the day in the first couple scrimmages and then the offense is more competitive during the subsequent scrimmages. It really is a ######. It has worked for Dabo, so I don't complain. I just take it with a grade of slaw when I hear these reports.
