Has anyone heard if Clemson releasing ballons is going to be effected?

I hope not. One of my favorite memories as a kid was connecting balloons together until they reached the upper-deck from my seat. Walking to each gate one at a time collecting balloons and hoping my friends didn't come back with more than I had.
