I don't think people hate him, though a lot do hate his attitude this year. But if you think Shipley is better than Mafah, you're either (a) stupid; (b) deranged; or (c) racist (I've heard a number of people who root for Shipley merely because he's white).

I dont hate 1 at all …. But Mafah is clearly a better running back. In my opinion, Shipley is not really that good of a running back at all. No balance, no vision, not fast. Great kid, but if you’re asking my opinion of a running back, he’s not that guy.

He needs to lose the robocop arm supporter. He got tackled by it at least once today. Good way to lose a fumble or get injured.

I mean he had almost 40 Carries… one lost fumble although at a terrible time is not the end of the world. Mafah should have been the main starter and should be going forward working towards next year without Shipley I would imagine. The passing game HAS to evolve into something defenses fear though it’s still pretty bad.

I think Shipley is a great kid, but shipley is a great kid, but Mahfa is proving to be the better back. It just is what it is.
