Are these numbered or just first come? I assume noon is early enough to get on the roof?

What say ye Charlotte lot 1 veterans?

They have non tailgate rules in place

But... they are mixed enforced.

I tailgated twice in parking garages. One let me.. the other booted me soon as I put up the canopy.

You'll need to double check lot opening time too. With GameDay right there in the morning, some lots aren't opening until later. Otherwise, never had any problems on the roof of lot 1

No grills allowed but no problem just hanging out on the roof, obviously it could have changed since this was pre-covid time
