We are taking RECRUITS, not TRANSFERS. Two happened to have previously been committed to App State, and our staff was familiar with them because they are in our recruiting footprint.
The comparison you are trying to make is completely off base. These Bama transfers weren't even in the portal on signing day, as you well know.
