Coach said he was thinking anywhere from early to mid April. It would have to be on a Wednesday.
We play April 2nd. They play April 3rd
April 10th is open BUT they play in Charlotte vs UNC the night before. Surely they don’t wanna play 2 midweek games vs unc and us.
April 17th is open BUT they play the citadel in Charleston the night before. Travel may affect that decision.
Gamecocks have no midweek games the following week for the 23rd or 24th but we play Georgia in Athens on the 23rd, so do we want to play at South Carolina the next day?
I don’t see how the game gets made up in April on a Tuesday or Wednesday unless scar makes it work

No way. That game must be played. We’re playing with house money there having won the series already. Not to mention it will be in the middle of conference play where they are guaranteed to be struggling at the plate having been coached by Monte for 1 more month of their life

your opinion, but it does not help Clemson at all. Only benefit is to Cluckers. Game was rained out, rest of seasons schedule already made and series is already 2-0 Clemson, nothing to gain beating a bunch of Clucking chickens at their place where it like going into HELL itself

I know, as if a game against Cluckers in Cootlumbia would be worthy of a trip or more like a waste of resources. Always fun to beat a bunch of Coots, if it is played then great go beat those sapsuckers

Can a team play a double header even though its against two different teams? This may be the only way to resolve this.
Now that I think of it, I guess they could, because during the first round of the NCAA, the winning team from the losers bracket has to play twice on day 3.

Thank god some of yall aren’t coaches or administrators…. Go tell the team and staff don’t go play and get back to me. Let me know the response. When game in Clemson vs uofsc got rained out a few short years ago and they were up 2-0 you think we were scared or them? Give me a break.

ESP since we had so many injuries to start that year. We had Alex urban and pierce gallo starting that weekend 🤦🏻♂️ we smoked em later in the year when we had Hackenberg, Hall and and Meredith

Why do yall mostly not wanna make it up? They will…they are still a good team and if we sweep it’s more bragging and something to put on the resume. If we lose ok we still took the series. It’s a win win for us no matter what happens.
