that would make if he somehow beat out the two QBs ahead of him to take over as starter.

We needn't look much further over than UGA to see what an underrated baller can accomplish for a talented team given the right mix of development and opportunity. Bennett ultimately displaced two 5-star QB's as a 2-star out of HS and a 3-star rated transfer back. It's college sports, it's football, and sometimes kids who put their nose to the grindstone and keep digging away simply come out of nowhere at QB and shine.

Saturday should light a fire under that whole room. Couldn't ask for anything more there at this stage of the season.

Yeah I don’t think anyone would ever believe Stetson Bennett would have produced so well. He made it happen.

matters most at QB. An accurate QB who makes good quick decisions will outperform a physical specimen every day.
I think we got spoiled because Trevor and Deshaun were the best of both, but that is rare. But there is enough talent on this offense that good QB play can make it elite.

I hope Pearman gets a real chance in Fall camp.

It will be interesting to see if Dabo actually gives him a chance, if he pulls CK2 from starting QB then he's in the transfer portal.
