putting right on through into next year. It will be great to see him at the majors again.

Along the lines of putting woes, I think Scottie Scheffler is just about frustrated enough to give the long putter a try, if he doesn't fix his putting issues in the off-season. Rory McIlroy is not that far behind. I have watched at least a half dozen tourneys this year that he would have won had he had just a slightly above AVERAGE putting week. The flat stick definitely lets him down, a bunch.

What struck me most about that article was the photo of Lucas with the US Open trophy and the leaderboard in the background. I forgot how close Phil was on that day, eagling the 13th to get into a tie for the lead...

Also forgot about Hunter Mahan, one of my favorite swings of all time, and Duval making a late push.

Regardless, glad that Lucas got that win!
