the Cleveland Browns and the New York Giants swap quarterbacks via trade. The Browns would get Daniel Jones, and the Giants would get Deshaun Watson.....AND a 2nd round draft pick. Now, this story was obviously at least partly tongue in cheek, but to suggest that Watson has fallen to the level that he and Daniel Jones would be considered equals is ludicrous enough. To suggest that Jones is worth Watson AND a 2nd round draft pick is getting into Insane Asylum Strait Jacket territory.

It has at least as much to do with their respective contracts as it does with the level of their play. Watson's restructured contract has a cap hit of $64 million per season through 2026, and it's fully guaranteed. Jones has a cap hit of "only" $47 million next season, and he can be cut after that without the team having to pay out the rest of his contract.

Not sure DW4 still has the fire needed to be considered a top shelf QB. Based on his social media, his mind is not on football. Hope I am wrong but his best football may be in the rearview

Patrick Mahomes spends a lot of time on social media and he seems OK

I don’t know, or care, what DW4 posts; but there are 24 hours in a day you don’t have to use all of em to watch film.

has had rough go as to his pro career.
I believe his best days are ahead as he has physical and mental talents above most all.
I would want him on my team.
