of 3 or more words. That works well for me. Easy to remember and unlikely someone would be able to hack.
Bands like Megadeth or REM have some good nonsensical ones like "TornadoOfSouls" or "CrushWithEyeliner"
(I have used neither one of these before, just examples). You can throw in a number/symbol for one of the letters if the site mandates using a number/symbol.

Several years ago I was on a project where we repackaged and shipped transuranic waste. We kept track of it in a homemade database someone came up with. We had one dude that was "not too sharp" that had forgotten his password. My buddy (a good Clemson man) was the gatekeeper of the database, so had to look it up and give it to dummy.
