I 'memba folks had been advertising the Trump boat parade for about 6 weeks at every boat landing in CHS. Redfish Mafia guy goes out there in his flats boat with a charter and almost gets sunk from all the waves from the 800 boats going by..and gets on Facebook and puts everyone on blast for "almost sinking" him.
Uh, wait second captain...don't you think you share about 99.9% of that blame? Everybody in CHS knew what was going to happen that day and even at what time...yet you take a client snack in the middle of it in a boat with an 8" freeboard?

Rec Teq's are the sheet. Biggest difference if you don't have to #### with anything, turn it on, set temp, go enjoy life. Everything comes out with the same flavor it would had you cooked on a kamado or other charcoal grill.

But you know what? I don’t care. Cause I can set it and forget it, handle my business throughout the day, and eat delicious smoke meat when it’s done. I don’t have to waste a day monitoring it or stay up all night with it.
I ain’t a pro, I’m just hongry. And it gets the job done.

from birds to briskets to butts I've smoked them all to perfection on my Weber. no need for Traeger or green eggs, or pits etc.... keep it simple
