I just heard on the Radio that Wes Goodwin,

during his halftime speech, picked up an empty Gatorade jug and tossed it at a whiteboard, almost knocking it off the wall. Apparently, this lit a fire because we all saw what happened next. Sometimes I think Venables got too much credit for his intensity on the sideline because he knew what was coming if his unit did not perform well.

I once saw him knock a small stack of paperwork off of his own desk while on an intense phone call with another analyst. I was taking a football facility tour at the time so I did not get to see if the issue was resolved because our tour guide told me it was time to move along. I had forgotten about the incident until now.

I'm just glad he realized to start bringing pressure the 2nd half. Teams are clearly allowed to hold our front 4 religiously, so you almost have to bring an extra man now. Plus putting XT back out there in obvious passing situations was huge too. Its nice being able to blitz any of the big 3 LBs and being able to get there just as fast as the other. Carter, Trotter, and Simpson are lightning bolts on the blitz

I really believe the story that Wes Goodwin is a fully trained Mentat.
Wouldn't surprise me at all if we was a consultant on the movie. And remember, Thufir Hawat was also a master assassin.

There is supposedly a new aggressive strain of COVID localized predominately in the Boston area and in a small town in NW SC.
There are rumors that Goodwin was annoyed by a bat haphazardly flying around the locker room at half time. It seems he snared it out of the air much like AJ Terrell vs Tua, bit the bat's head off and consumed the remaining portion.
The defense responded accordingly, Dabo is unfortunately looking for a replacement DC as Wes ain't feeling so well.
It could just be a rumor???
