Where kids are allowed to only transfer 1 time without penalty. If a head coach leaves or there is an extreme circumstance ( and I mean extreme) then they can have another one but kids essentially have unlimited transfers because everything is being claimed as an exception. And if it’s still extreme then take away all exceptions and only allow 1 transfer period.

Simplify it even more. You can transfer all you want, but you sit a year and lose a year of eligibility..... unless you just graduated. Oh, you get 5 years to play 4. Stop all this redshirt nonsense unless it is truly a medical reason. Still, limited to 1 and 1 only.
