I don't understand having Grisham and Scott on staff

Supposedly Scott is being brought in as an analyst and recruiting coordinator. Grisham is the current recruiting coordinator and we all see the job he's done as WR coach. With Scott being a proven WR coach, I don't see the purpose of even having Grisham on staff.

Hopefully the Grisham shoe drops tomorrow so it doesn't take away from the Streeter firing/ Riley hiring today.

Post didn't say Scott would be recruiting coordinator

I think Grisham gets one more year now…

Scott will be an analyst so that he gets his buyout. If there isn’t improvement with the WR under the new offensive scheme then he’s gone and Scott steps in.

Maybe Riley will be deciding who the offensive coaches will be for his system.

I hope Riley gets to hire his staff. I would not like being told "These are your ACs."

Get real, The head coach hires the TOTAL staff. When you get the kind of clout you are talking about, you're the man. Don't be silly.

Exactly. I do not believe Grisham we be retained. That’s my gut feeling.

Maybe Scott could help coach and develop Grisham

Streeter and Grisham were both position coaches and dual recruiting coordinators.

Recruiting coordinator is a pain in the butt job

it's necessary to learn it, but pretty much everyone is ready for someone else to do it

It’s business decision. Jeff’s contract with USF probably has a clause that says in order for him to receive full buyout of his contract from USF then he couldn’t accept a HC or a OC position for a year or so. The analyst position allows him to get paid from both schools. Same thing with Patricia at the Pats
