He asked the odds not the spread. It’s currently -108 to take Clemson +3.5, or in your case taking the moneyline it’s +145.

Both teams are playing for the double bye, although Pitt has to lose to State, and it is senior night in Winston-Salem. They will be playing motivated BBall.

I think Wake is eliminated from double bye but they are probably playing for their NCAA tournament life so they will be motivated. However they have been on the bubble for a while and have been struggling. Hoping they are discouraged after a loss to GT.

I wouldnt bet someone elses money on Brownell. Lets look at his resume.

Brad Brownell facts:
22 years as a head coach.
429-271 61% win percentage.
Conference Championships: three; two CAA regular season and tournament championships (2003,2006). Horizon regular season and tournament champion (2007).
NCAA tournament: 3-6 33.3% win percentage. (Two of those wins came in 2018 sweet sixteen run).
NIT: 4-4 50% win percentage.
That’s NOT an impressive resume. He tends to lose games he’s heavily favored in. His offense is stale and rarely makes adjustments when things aren’t working.
I’m not a gambler; if I was, I wouldn’t bet on Brad Brownell.
We have the players to make a decent run in the NCAA tournament and could win the ACC tournament. Based on Brownell’s career I expect an early exit from all post-season play. It’s what he does. I pray I’m wrong and he doesn’t do what he always does. I think this team could give a number one (NCAA tourney team) a really hard time. With such a mediocre resume; it’s hard to understand why he has been kept for so many years.
We could fix the issues. We don’t invest in basketball. We’re getting the a return on investment that matches our input. How did Dabo build a winning team? He convinced the AD to invest money into the program. Dollars in equals results out. He built the state of the art football complex, made great improvements to facilities, and hired the best coaches money could buy. Until he didn’t. Hiring grad assistants as coordinators with no coaching experience has bit the program a bit. I digress, we need to build a state of the art basketball complex. Hire the best coaches money can buy. If you build it, they will come. I keep hearing it isn’t possible. If so, how did UNLV, St. John’s, Dayton, Georgetown, and a bevy of other tiny schools build championship teams? They spent the money. Sure, some cheated but they spent money. It’s possible to spend enough to earn well over $100 million dollars in basketball revenue. We can be a powerhouse in every sport and stay in the black. It is possible.

I have watched Clemson sports for many years. One thing I have noticed about Clemson basketball is their lack of confidence in closing out a game. They have a tendency to let teams back in.
I have noticed the same with football. It’s seems we get a big lead a let off of the gas pedal. Under DW and TL we had the studs to put teams away and close the door.
PS:
IMO it was a special time for Clemson football in the 20 teens. Since TL left and college football has become chaotic it’s much harder to build teams like those during the teens. I think we can get back to those days but it will be harder to sustain elite status every year.
We are fortunate to have Dabo and most or all of his staff that want to be at Clemson. In the future I think we will see more and more college coaches leaving for lower paying jobs. Between the players demands, lawyers and judges they are going to kill college football. Just sharing a few thoughts.
