Recteq covered with toothpick holes in the foil at 350 for 30 minutes …

Pulling it and adding parsley and a slight broil in the oven to finish.

Hodgepodge of leftovers after Golfing with friends . . . Two were coots . . . Who were constantly giving me updates of Our Baseball Game.

One was at the game last night and said he was gone as soon as contact was made on Andrew’s walkoff game winner . . . He said everyone in the park knew it was gone, even the concession workers that didn’t see it!!!

It’s a Great Time to be a TIGER!!!

Filet Mignon, baked sweet tater, garden salad, strawberries, apple, and sliced orange with diet cola.

I eat Filet Mignon twice a week. It's about the only steak I eat. Nice and tender.
