Lucky Charms, but now I don't know. I dontveat cereal, but if I did it woul probably be middle aged man style, Grapevine Nuts or something not sweet. Anyway, I eat oatmeal now a days if I go to a bowl for breakfast.

Was either Total or Honey Nut Cheerios until I discovered that the agricultural sources in their cereals are being treated with cancer-causing pesticides......Am now favoring Quaker Simply Granola with Oats, Honey, and Raisins!

When I was a kid I loved Capt Crunch. Was buying some cereal for grandkids when I saw Capt Crunch. Thought I’d go old school and buy some for myself.
Poured me a bowl. Hadn’t had any in 40+ years. It couldn’t have been worse on my mouth if I had filled my bowl with granite rocks.
The roof of my mouth was sore for a week plus it tasted like cardboard. Don’t tell me we weren’t tough back in the day.

These days I like whatever Publix has BOGO - prices are outrageous otherwise. Never getting Shredded Wheat though - leave that for the hooved animals.

Fruit Loops as a kid…although I also really liked Product 19 cause it was what my Grandfather (Pop) ate.
As an adult, I ate Product 19 (it just took me back…) until they stopped making it. Now I don’t eat cereal at all.

When I was a kid, it was Lucky Charms, Captain Crunch with Crunch Berries, and Fruit Loops. Now it's Cheerios, Basic 4 and Crispix, although I will occasionally still buy Lucky Charms. My how times have changed.
For a healthier option, I have been trying the Magic Spoon brands which is a healthy adult version of a kids cereal. I've tried the Fruity, Cocoa and the Birthday Cake. They're pretty darn good.

Seriously, though, I did like Smurf-Berry Crunch as a kid. Crazy...I have my own kids now and we never give them that kind of stuff, but it seemed perfectly reasonable to me then.
Now I don't have a favorite but I do like Kashi stuff.

I don't eat breakfast but a couple times a week...then it's a bacon & cheese omelet with no sides. Yesterday morning was a special treat...I went to Eggs Up Grill and had a shrimp fajita omelet...yummy!

You are correct sir! Sugar in all. Even grape nuts. I still will indulge in GN and HN Cheerios but I have cut out breakfast aside from some eggs (any style) and a protein.

I have stopped buying cereal though, because of my inability to control eating it at night. It was not just “breakfast” for me.
