Does anybody follow him on instagram. I can’t tell whether he is a fashion model or a NFL QB. All he does is flaunt his over the top life style. I guess to each his own.

with distractions and all that money, focus sometimes is lost.
The competitor that once roamed the Clemson sidelines and Houston for a couple years seems to be missing. Maybe with these injuries he has lost that fire, but typically that trait is hard to lose. He easily could have quit against Alabama, but he did not and he help Tigers bring home a championship. Can he do that in Cleveland, I think he could but not without that competitive drive, that dog, in him to not accept losing until the game is fully lost.
Best wishes to DW4 to get his mind right and stay focused, he still has a chance to do big things in the NFL!!

Deshaun and Cam Newton are, unfortunately, good friends. That might explain a good bit of what has happened with DW4.

That's the way you do it
Why guys get paid multi-millions no matter what they do on the field - or even if they're on the field at all - this is what can happen. Hate to see it happening to a talent like DW, though.

It makes me curious to know if he and Dabo still have a relationship ( if they talk regularly to one another ) ?
For some , Dabo was their most influential , if not only mentor..
It would behoove them to hold strong to that relationship.

A lot of people are comparing Deshaun to Cam Newton in this thread. They’re not very similar. I love Deshaun for what he did at Clemson, but his NFL career won’t come close to Cam after all the controversy and injuries.
I know a lot of folks on this board dislike Cam, but I’ve got a lot of respect for him for how he handled getting jumped by 3-4 guys a couple of weeks ago.
