Do you tip your court appointed attorney?

So, I got popped again for getting my Christmas Tree out of a neighbors yard. I was planning on defending myself in court but my mom’s pastor talked me out of it. I’m always hesitant to let someone represent me because they may end up being a moron or something.
I’m pretty nervous because it appears my assigned attorney went to USC School of Law. It’s going to take every ounce of the little self control that I have to not talk #### to her about last month’s game and all their players fleeing to the portal.
Anyhow, do y’all tip your public defender if they get you off or do you just tell them to peace out?

You got "popped again" for stealing a tree out of someone's yard and you're worried someone else is a moron?

It's a free tree and his court appointed lawyer says she is going to get him off.

Never liked the idea of an attorney being paid by the same agency that was prosecuting someone. In every other sector, we would call this a "conflict of interest".

Speaking of that, are you coming to this year’s FastChad TigerNet Holiday Bash? I noticed you haven’t RSVP’d yet.

I am considering it, just trying to sort out which side piece(s) to bring with me. I guess the main issue is if I bring more than 1 and they all don't leave with me I'll get upset.
It may be that I just stay in a dark room watching Troy Stellato highlights instead.
TBA.

Well today is your lucky day. My roommate is renting out his bedroom as a VIP Lounge again and this year he added a 40 inch TV playing Clemson season highlights. You’re sidepiece will love it.

Dude, you don’t steal the Christmas tree from your next door neighbor. Tell me that you didn’t do this.
Next time, steal a tree from a house that is next to your neighbor. Duhhh.

If she's a USC grad, she's probably used to getting tips. Usually after the 3rd song.

The only tip I would give her would be to bet on Clemson whipping Usuck's ### every year in the next century.

I’m hoping returning the tree (after Christmas of course) will get me out of this mess.

No…….first thing you do when you get to court, is tip the Judge. Make a big production of it so that everyone can see and hear everything. The Judge will be super appreciative and things will move really quickly after that.

The question we're all overlooking is was the tree in the portal before you attempted to poach it. If it hadn't officially declared yet, you should be concerned about tampering charges as well.
